Owner to make repairs to Plymouth apartments

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- Another chance to clean up his property!

The owner of the Park Jefferson Apartments in Plymouth has reached an agreement with the city to make changes.

Tennants said management had to shut off utilities and had not made repairs even though theu were still paying rent.

The Plymouth mayor told ABC57 News on Friday afternoon that the owner said he will make repairs by April 9.

The decision was made during a meeting with city officials to discuss the future of the complex.

Earlier this week, the city's Board of Public Works voted to board up the buildings, but left the final decision to those involved in Friday's meeting.
