Palisades inspections to begin Monday

COVERT TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- An 11 day inspection will start Monday at the Palisades Nuclear Plant.
There are always inspectors on hand, but this special inspection will look into progress on improving safety.
The regional administrator admits the facility is not perfect but says it is safe.
