Panel rules Armstrong must pay $10 million

Former cyclist Lance Armstrong may have to pay $10 million to a Dallas based company.

SCA Promotions says an arbitration panel ordered Armstrong to pay that amount.

The ruling is not yet public.

SCA Promotions sued Armstrong 2013 for fraud and conspiracy. The company paid the cyclist bonuses for three of his Tour de France victories in early 2000s.

Armstrong was later stripped of his titles over allegations he cheated.

In 2013, he admitted he had used performance enhancing drugs.
