Paqui and Brian Kelly Comprehensive Breast Center opens
MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The St. Joseph Regional Medical Center just opened the new Paqui and Brian Kelly Comprehensive Breast Center.
Two-time breast cancer survivor Paqui Kelly and her husband Notre Dame Football Coach Brian Kelly are major donors for the center.
The center will feature a team of experts that will work closely with patients and create individualized treatment plans.
"We wanted to be a part of St Joe and we wanted to be part of this because of the people. So there's a need for technology. But a want for is to be a part of St Joe because of the people. Because it is about the care," said Brian Kelly.
The Paqui and Brian Kelly Comprehensive Breast Center will be located at the medical office building on the Mishawaka campus.
The couple also runs the Kelly Cares Foundation. Their mission statement is to support organizations, initiatives and programs that align with our values of health, education and community.
