Parents of La Porte football player start a foundation

LA PORTE, Ind. --- The teenager who lost his life on a football field last year continues to make a difference in his community.
Jake West died during football practice from an undetected heart condition last September.
West's parents have started the Play For Jake Foundation in memory of their son.
They are using the organization to help prevent sudden cardiac arrest by providing screening and protection programs for middle and high school students.
