Part of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard to close Wednesday

ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The southbound lane of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard is set to close between Washington Street and Jefferson Boulevard on Wednesday to replace a fire hydrant.
The closure is planned to finish by the end of the day Thursday, weather permitting.
During the closure, the detour route will take drivers in the southbound lane west on Colfax Avenue, south on Main Street, and east on Western Avenue, before rejoining Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
