Patrons file lawsuit against Indy concerning smoking ban

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- A lawsuit filed against the city Indianapolis concerning the smoking ban has been amended.
The complaint was consolidated. It now names Indy’s mayor, the city of Indianapolis, Marion County and the city county council as defendants in the lawsuit.
It was filed on behalf of 43 plaintiffs, including bar owners and patrons. The lawsuit asks for the court to declare the smoking ban unconstitutional.
