Paving on SR23 begins Tuesday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- There will be delays on State Road 23 between Twyckenham Drive and Campeau Street in South Bend beginning Tuesday, June 3.
Crews will begin paving the road Tuesday through the end of next week.
At least one lane in each direction will remain open, but drivers should expect delays.
