Peanut Butter Jelly Time

Childhood is calling!  And, it sounds like a delicious peanut butter cupcake filled with jelly covered in peanut butter frosting with an extra dollop of jelly for good measure.

I was in the mood to bake.  Why?  I have no idea.  

May will be a busy month for me in the kitchen as it is the birth month of several of my coworkers, but I did not care.

Perusing cupcake recipes on the Internet, I came across a pb & j and could not resist!

I am starting to worry, though since it seems that every time I bake everyone loves it!  

(I know I sound like a brat saying that) but I am constantly worried that everyone is just saying it to be nice!  

In any case, I tried some of the batter, and it was delicious, so I am sure the final product is yummy too!

I cored some of the middle of the cupcake out and then filled it with grape jam.  And, then I piped on some extra jelly on top of the peanut butter frosting.
