NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Fighting Irish gained a hometown recruit on National Signing Day.
Penn’s defensive back, Paul Moala, signed his letter of intent to play for Notre Dame on Tuesday.
Moala is joined with 19 other recruits that signed with the university.
