SOUTH BEND, Ind. --The Penn-Harris-Madison school district plans on keeping kids safe through an anonymous helpline.
Students and parents can call the helpline, text, or visit the website.
Helpline service personnel handle the messages then forward to administration at PHM.
The helpline filters through things like suicidal thoughts/tendencies, theft, drugs, and bullying.
School officials say if you hear something, say something.
The Director of Security says this helpline will give both parents and students peace of mind.
