Penn High School janitor not to be in court until February

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A former Penn High School janitor will not be back to court until February.
53-year-old Robert Troup is accused of putting a camera in a boy's locker room.
He was supposed to have a hearing on Thursday, but that has been postponed.
Last week, Troup pleaded not guilty to voyeurism charges.
