ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. –– Kelsi Carrico has overcome obstacles her whole life. She beat a stint of cancer as a child, she fought to become the Indiana Girls Soccer Player of the Year, and now she is set to become a student athlete at Purdue.
Carrico said she knows none of it would have been possible without the support and love from her family.
