ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- CTE Students at Penn High School are stepping out of the classroom today to work with Universal Technical Institute, the largest skilled trade school in the country.
UTI brings its Mobile STEM Lab to different high schools across the Midwest, giving students a hands on experience with some technical career tools.
Students are able to practice tuning a car, try on wind turbine technician gear and do some virtual welding.
UTI offers training programs in different automotive technical career fields, and encourages students to consider attending one of their campuses upon graduation.
If you’re interested in bringing the Mobile STEM Lab to your high school, visit UTI’s website for more information.
