Penn State fined $60 million for Sandusky scandal

Penn State was fined $60 million by the NCAA after the Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

They will make the first of five annual $12 million payments on Dec. 20. That money will go towards a fund dedicated to fighting sex abuse and helping victims.

Sandusky is currently in prison for at least the next 30 years after being convicted.
