ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – A boy in Elkhart will be able to trick-or-treat as one of his favorite superheroes thanks to a few Penn High School students.
Zephan Cantu is wheelchair bound due to cerebral palsy and now has a costume of the Hulk fitted for his wheelchair.
The costume makes noise and has moveable arms like the superhero.
“It was awesome, I did not expect to be this much detail and this much robotic and just do as much as it does. I expected big but not this big,” said his mom, Leeann Cantu.
Cantu was also given his own Hulk costume to wear alongside his wheelchair’s costume for Halloween.
