Pentagon: Military downsizing with budget cuts

The US military is set for a major downsizing.
The Army could cut tens of thousands of troops over the next few years if Congress cannot find a way to handle the debt ceiling problem.
Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said the biggest problem facing the Pentagon right now is fitting a ten-pound defense program into a five pound budget bag.
