Pentagon threatens legal action against 'No Easy Day' author

A former Navy SEAL turned author could be facing some legal troubles.

The Department of Defense is highly critical of the book "No Easy Day."  It's about the mission to kill Osama Bin Laden.

It was just released Tuesday. The Pentagon said it contains classified information and could give enemies insight into U.S. Military operations.

“We do have concerns about some of the sensitive information that we believe contained in it,” said Pentagon spokesperson George Little.

The Pentagon said it will continue reviewing legal opinions. It insists the former Navy SEAL who released the book under a pen name was obligated to submit it for review prior to publication.
