People who work the night shift could be dangerous to one's health

If you are one of those people who work the night shift, take note: It could be dangerous to your health.

Researchers already knew that working nights can lead to a greater risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.

But now, a new study has link those long overnight hours to vascular disease including heart attacks and strokes.

The authors of the study say people who work overnight should be vigilant about modifying other risk factors such as smoking and high blood pressure.
