NEW YORK—South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg appeared on Good Morning America on Thursday.
Buttigieg spoke with host George Stephanopoulos about the video he shared early Thursday inviting supporters to attend a special announcement on April 14 in South Bend.
“We’re going to be making a big announcement on April 14, it’s the kind of announcement you only make once,” Buttigieg said.
In January, Buttigieg formed an exploratory committee for the 2020 presidential race but has not officially announced that he is running.
