Phase 1 of Obamacare set to begin

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Starting Wednesday, more than 47 million women will benefit from Obamacare.
Part 1 of the affordable care act goes into effect. That means birth control will be covered by health insurance providers.
Women will no longer have to fork over co-pay cash for birth control.
