Pierre Moran Library branch will host Vibra Fest celebrating city's Latino Heritage

Elkhart Public Library ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Public Library is celebrating the city's Latino heritage with Vibra Fest.
The free festival will take place on Aug. 29, from 2 to 10 p.m. at EPL's Pierre Moran Branch.
Vibra Fest will feature local Latino music, art, and food, showcasing the diversity that makes Elkhart a vibrant place to live.
Also, through the day will be children’s activities, the Book Bus, a car show, raffles and more.
