ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – Underwood Road from Georgia Street to County Line Road will be closed for a bridge replacement project over Pine Creek beginning July 23rd.

Northern Indiana Construction and St. Joseph County Public Works anticipate the construction to be completed in October.

Onsite crews will setup traffic detour signs when construction begins.

Residents and emergency responders will have continued access during the construction, but there may be times that the roadway will be closed.

Traffic will be detoured to US 6 to County Line Road.
