More snow; light snow will clip through the area Tuesday night; upwards of an inch of snow is possible. Temperatures warm overnight into the 20s and will peak near 32 degrees Wednesday before crashing into the teens, New Year's Eve. Snow showers will intensify with the cool-down Wednesday evening. An additional one to three inches of snow is likely Wednesday afternoon - evening; this will make for slower travel New Year's Eve, be cautious, roads will be slick. Thursday will be a cold, quiet day. The weather stays quiet through next weekend, with a gradual warm-up above freezing my Monday.
