Plastic bag full of guns, ammunition turned over to South Bend Police

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—A bag containing items like guns and ammunition was turned over to the South Bend Police on August 14.

Police were called to the 2100 block of Roger Street on August 14 around 10 p.m. after a man located a plastic bag near his home.

The plastic bag contained guns, ammunition, magazines, a holster, and masks, according to police reports.

The items have been turned over to evidence and will be inspected by the crime lab, police said.
