Plea deadline approaching for Tarrence Lee

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A man accused of murder is coming up on his plea deadline.
Tarrence Lee is charged with murdering his wife Trina Winston.
His plea deadline is approaching Tuesday.
Lee's defense counsel filed a motion to release the defendant or allow him to post bond since Winston's body has not been found but that request was denied.
His trial date is set for December 10.
