Plymouth man accused of driving while intoxicated Monday morning

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. – A Plymouth man was arrested after allegedly driving while intoxicated Monday morning, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department reported.

At 12:50 a.m., a deputy witnessed a vehicle speeding on U.S. 30 near Beech Road.

The deputy discovered the driver was intoxicated during a traffic stop near U.S. 30 and Gumwood Road, according to reports.

The driver, identified as Miles P. Warner of Plymouth, was arrested on the charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.

A cash bond of $1,505 was set and Miles has since bond out.
