Plymouth driver accused of crashing into vehicle while OWI

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- A Plymouth resident was arrested on Saturday night after allegedly driving directly into a vehicle while intoxicated, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

The Office received a call at around 9:40 p.m. about an intoxicated man damaging the caller’s vehicle.

Deputies were dispatched to the 15000 block of 3rd Road and located the intoxicated suspect, Timothy Peet. The caller also said Peet had driven his car in the direction of a tractor in an attempt to hit it, reports said.

Peet was arrested on Friday, May 13 for shooting a firearm and threatening occupants in his home.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail on the charges of operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, operating a vehicle endangering and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. He is being held with a bond of $1,500.
