Plymouth Schools announce dates and locations for free summer meals

The Plymouth Community School Corporation has announced the locations where students can get free meals during the summer.

The sites are part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Summer Food Service Program to ensure no child goes hungry over the summer.

Jefferson Elementary School 401 E. Klinger Avenue Plymouth, IN 46563

  • Now until June 24, 2016
  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Plymouth High School #1 Big Red Drive Plymouth, IN 46563

  • June 13, 2016 until July 19, 2016
  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • CLOSED July 4, 2016 to commemorate federal holiday

In addition, Plymouth Schools says the Bread of Life Food Pantry located at 125 East LaPorte Street in Plymouth (574-936-1006) is open during the following days and times if your family needs additional food assistance.

  • Monday: 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Friday: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
