Polar Bear Plunge draws hundreds for annual dip

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas. -- Hundreds rang in the new year with a quick dip in the Gulf of Mexico.
It was all part of the Polar Bear Plunge in Texas. The annual tradition is known for its unpredictable weather. This year, South Padre Island had mild temperatures.
This was the 15th year of the event.
