Police: approximately 18 vehicles involved in US 20 crash

Around 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, approximately 18 vehicles were involved in a vehicle collision on US 20 east of Ash Road, according to police.

Four people were transported to Elkhart General Hospital for what police describe as non-life threatening injuries.

Those injured include three drivers and one passenger. 

The collision is under investigation by the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department.
