Police arrest man who approached student and asked for sexual favors

Plymouth Police have arrested a man they say approached a high school student on August 17 and asked for sexual favors while exposing himself.

Randy Romine, 43, was arrested on August 24 for one count of public nudity, a level 6 felony.

According to police, the high school student was jogging around 6:15 a.m. on August 17 when a man in a reddish colored vehicle stopped her and asked her for sexual favors while exposing himself.

This incident was one of the incidents cited in a release from Walkerton Police on Tuesday. Walkerton Police said late Wednesday they believe the man arrested is the same person they were investigating.
