Police: Elderly woman appears to have been shot to death

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday in the death of an elderly woman in Fulton County.
State police say it appears that 81-year-old Wilma Upsall was shot to death.
She was found by family members at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, at her home on Olson Road in Rochester, Ind.
Troopers believe the place was broken into, but they are not sure yet what, if anything, was stolen.
