Police find $120,000 worth of marijuana in corn field

LA PORTE, Ind. -- La Porte County Deputies are investigating a major marijuana discovery!
It happened Wednesday on Rural Road just west of the city of La Porte.
Police found 40 large and mature marijuana plants!
It's worth an about $120,000.
Officers say the plants were transplanted into a corn field.
The marijuana will be destroyed.
No arrests have been made.
