Police identify victim of crash on California Road, State Road 19

ELKHART, Ind. - Elkhart Police identified the victim of a fatal crash on California Road and State Road 19 Wednesday afternoon.
Timothy Dorrier, Jr., 41, of Elkhart, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The 28-year-old Elkhart driver of the Toyota Sequoia is still in critical condition, police said.
