Police in Elkhart stepping patrols to help knock down crime

ELKHART, Ind. -- Police in Elkhart will step up patrols in an effort to knock down crime and clean up the streets.
The program is called Project 365.
And it will target the the areas between Richmond, Middlebury, and McDonald Streets and the River.
