Police investigating crash at SR23 and Ironwood Road

South Bend Police are investigating a crash that happened at Ironwood and SR 23 Wednesday afternoon.
The crash was reported at 3:11 p.m.
One of the drivers, a 90-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
