ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The St. Joseph Police have decided to recognize the retirement of their K-9 Flash after six long years of service. This decision was made during the August merit board meeting.
Police say Flash has assisted in the confiscation of large amounts of narcotics and the arrest of many suspects in his time with the force.
