Police on scene at High and Vistula in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. – Police are on scene of a situation in the area of High Street and Vistula Street in Elkhart, Elkhart Dispatch confirms.

Police were called to the area for reports of a domestic situation at 10:22 a.m.

There was also a call reporting sounds of gunfire in that area but at this time, it is unknown if the two calls are connected.

Medics have been called to the area but it is unknown if there are any injuries at this time.
