Police release surveillance video in catalytic converter theft investigation

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police have released a surveillance video in connection with the theft of catalytic converters on July 3 and 4.

Police said seven catalytic converters were stolen from the 4000 block of William Richardson Drive over the two days.

The suspects used two different vehicles. One was a Ford SUV that was spray painted and had blacked out rims. The other was a newer Ford SUV.
