Police search creek near Aaron Hernandez's home

ATTLEBORO, Mass. — Investigators continue to put the life of an NFL player under a microscope as they expand their search.
Police scoured Aaron Hernandez's house and have started diving into a nearby creek just 500 yards away.
Police have repeatedly searched the area since a 27-year-old man was found dead, shot execution style.
A car rented in Hernandez's name was found abandoned nearby.
"It's reasonable to be looking there for witnesses, evidence or other sources of knowledge," said attorney Michael Kendal.
Investigators believe someone intentionally attempted to destroy the video security system at the NFL star's home.
