ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.- Douglas Road in St. Joseph County is closed between Ironwood and Carmichael drives.
Crews are installing storm sewer pipes, drains, and widening the road.
This third phase of road construction in South Bend is scheduled to wrap up by the middle of October later this year.
