Potawatomi Zoo holds final Winter Day of the season

The Potawatomi Zoo saw a large crowd Saturday, with over 1,000 guests coming out to the zoo for the final Winter Day of the season.

On Winter Days, visitors can participate in various activities at the zoo and see many animals in their winter habitats.

The zoo was open to the public from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., inviting guests to participate in decorating their own clay flower pots and planting flower seeds so they could take them home and watch their plant grow throughout the summer.

The Potawatomi Zoo will open for the season on Friday, April 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
