Stop 22 Michiana hosts fifth annual Trick-or-Treat
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.—The Potawatomi Zoo in South Bend is open for the season starting Friday, April 1, 2022.
It’s also home to four new giraffes, and you can find them housed in the new Laidig Giraffe Conservation Center.
The giraffes have been in the zoo since December 2021. They've been getting used to their new habit during the off-season.
They will share the 2-acre habitat with zebras, ostriches, and other species of birds later down the road.
Regular hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The season will end on October 31. Regular admission is $12 for adults, $10 for children ages 3-14 and seniors 62 and older, and children under 2-year-old are free.
