Potawatomi Zoo’s Winter Day canceled due to temperature concerns

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The Potawatomi Zoo canceled its Winter Day due to frigid temperatures on Saturday.

The Winter Day was set to take place at 12 p.m.

The zoo’s animal care staff will be taking care of animals to make sure they are both safe and warm. Even the cold-loving animals will be kept indoors for warmth and safety, says the zoo.

The zoo will host its next Winter Day on Feb. 20 at 12 p.m, with the last admission accepted at 2:30 p.m.
