Potawatomi Zoo to open early for children with special needs

The Potawatomi Zoo will open early Wednesday morning for children with special medical needs and their families.

The zoo will open at 9 a.m. to give those most at risk a safe opportunity to visit without being exposed to the general public.

Masks will be required inside and outside within the zoo. (Ages 3 and up)

The carousel, train, gift shop, and concessions will be open.

If you would like to purchase tickets in advance, you can get them at the zoo website and bypass the ticket window for a contact-less entry experience.

Zoo members are welcome to attend and do not need to reserve a time.
