Powerball fever sweeping the nation

For just $2 and a whole lot of luck $500 million could be yours.

The Powerball Jackpot is at an all time high and Lotto Fever is sweeping the country.

The Speedway at Ironwood and State Road 23 said they sold $1,800 Monday night. They usually only sell $500.

Employees said ticket buyers have big dreams.

"People are talking about the down payments they're putting on houses. When the Powerball is as big as it is people come up with all types of ideas," said Erik Bowman, Speedway employee.

Employees say many customers are buying tickets by the dozens.
