Pregnant teen sues parents to save baby

Houston, Texas. -- A pregnant Texas teen is suing her parents because she says they are trying to force her to abort her unborn baby.

The teen is two months pregnant and lawyers with the Texas Center for Defense of Life are taking her case to court.

"We were asking judge to stop them from physically forcing her to have an abortion," said Stephen Casey, attorney.  "She is legally protected, so they cannot drag her to an abortion clinic and force an abortion on our client."

A judge granted a temporary restraining order to save the baby's life.

Another hearing is scheduled for Friday.
