NEW BUFFALO, Mich. -- A new trail has been proposed that would allow the Marquette Greenway Trail to run from Chicago to New Buffalo.
There will be two community open houses to learn more about the project.
The first will be on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at New Buffalo Township Hall.
A second meeting will take place on July 23 at Buffalo City Hall.
Expansion of the trail is expected to begin by the spring of 2023.
