Quiet weekend following Friday's winter storm

NOW: Quiet weekend following Friday’s winter storm

Things have really calmed down this morning after last night's winter storm. Some roads will still be a bit tricky early today. Warming temperatures are helping to melt ice and snow slush, but untreated roads with remaining slush will make complicate your morning commute. If you see slushy snow on the roadways, slow down. Temperatures will warm near 40 today, so most snow should be melting today. We'll stay dry through the day, but a few showers should return this evening before moving out around or a little after midnight. Tomorrow with be dry again with clouds decreasing throughout the day, so we might be able to see some sunshine. Highs to close out the weekend will be in the mid 40's. More rain showers move back in Sunday night with breezy winds. Expect Monday morning so be a bit wet, but we'll dry out for the second half of the day. Monday will also be unseasonably warm with highs nearing 60. Things turn cooler and drier for most of the week before rain and snow move back in ahead of next weekend.

Today: Mostly cloudy. Showers in the evening. High 40.
Tonight: Showers early. Low 30.
Sunday: Partly cloudy. High 44.
Monday: AM showers. High 57.
